How to Use
Shake the pen well before use — to make sure the liquid is evenly mixed.
Prep your eyes — make sure your eyelids are clean and dry. Optionally apply a light eye?primer or base so the liner lasts longer.
Apply along the lash line — gently draw a line with the fine tip as close as possible to your upper lash line. Start from the inner corner of your eye and glide outward toward the outer corner.
